How mail-in works
Request a quote
Tell me the device model + issue. I’ll confirm pricing, turnaround time, and whether mail-in is a good fit.
Ship your device
I’ll send packing instructions. You ship it with tracking (recommended: insured shipping). Remove cases/chargers unless I ask for them.
Repair + return
Once repaired and tested, I’ll ship it back with tracking. You’ll get updates at every step.
Mail-In Safety & Notes
- Security: Use a passcode you’re comfortable sharing only if needed for testing (optional).
- Packaging: Bubble wrap + a sturdy box. Include only what’s necessary.
- Turnaround: Depends on parts and device condition—I'll confirm before you ship.
- Payment: Cash App or Zelle for mail-in (cash is for in-person meetups).
